Hi, I'm Erica Webb! I'm a yoga, pilates and somatic exercise coach who believes that movement can be an act of self-kindness.

I also believe that moving often and in response to your body's needs is one of the keys to feeling well. We don't always have to be rolling out a yoga mat or waiting til we have the right outfit or an hour of free time.
